One to Few: Team Assessment and Coaching

Itโ€™s complicated, right? When humans gather to work, work gets messy. We havenโ€™t met a human yet who wakes up intending to perform poorly, damage a relationship, or botch a deal. Instead, humans are imperfect performers who lack the patience, skill, or self-awareness to sync their actions and behaviors with those of their team members. Our methodology starts by building a shared awareness with data. Then, team and individual development are built through customized skill sessions, practice, and feedback. Each engagement wraps with the teamโ€™s ability to self-manage, be accountable, and evaluate progress. Celebratory lunch not included, but highly encouraged.
